Terms of use

The service

This maintenance system is operated by Dinis Coelho to plan, carry out and document the maintenance of the properties and systems it looks after, and to let its clients report faults and follow the work done. These terms apply to everyone who signs in or uses its public pages (such as the QR request form).

Accounts

Accounts are created by Dinis Coelho or by invitation. Keep your password to yourself and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. We may suspend or close accounts that are misused or no longer needed, for example when a contract or employment ends.

Acceptable use

Use the system only for its purpose: maintenance requests, work orders and related communication. Do not try to reach data you were not given access to, interfere with its operation or security, upload unlawful content or malware, or use it to send unsolicited messages.

Your content

Requests, photos, comments, signatures and other content you add stay yours; you allow Dinis Coelho to store and use them to provide and document the service. Make sure you may share what you upload (for example, photos of other people's property). Access codes and device credentials are confidential and must not be passed on.

Personal data

Personal data is handled as described in the privacy notice of Dinis Coelho.

Privacy notice

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the system available and its data backed up, but it is provided as is and may be interrupted for maintenance or by events outside our control. The maintenance services themselves are governed by the agreement between Dinis Coelho and each client; to the extent the law allows, Dinis Coelho is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the system.

Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page, and continuing to use the system means accepting it. These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Questions: the contact details above.
